Freakin' Busy!!!

Sorry I have not posted anything for a while. It has just been crazy around here. We did have a couple of guests over for the brew session 1 1/2 weeks ago. We made a Rauchbier for the IBU. They had 55 lbs. of Rauch malt that needed to get used up so we made a big batch for the club. I think we are going to make an American Wheat in the next 2 weeks. We are the brewers of the month in April (I think) and that is the style of the month. I will keep you all posted. If you are a new visitor to our Blog, please check out our archives.
