Here is another druken stalker! By the way, how did your light lager taste?
It was great! In fact we just made another batch. We changed the hops to Saaz. I was trying to make it all American the first time. Tasted great but, it was too much like an ale with cascade hops. Thought it would but, just wanted to give it a try. E's German Pils looks like it is going to be real good right now.
